Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jillivip Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. jillivip reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) associated with your account. You agree to notify jillivip immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jillivip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
jillivip staff will never ask you to disclose your password or OTP through any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jillivip support immediately.
jillivip may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawals, upon detection of suspicious activity, or as required by PAGCOR regulations. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
jillivip accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), and Instapay/PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
Deposits are generally credited to your jillivip wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method. jillivip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your jillivip account.
jillivip aims to process GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. jillivip reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
All transactions on the jillivip Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jillivip is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
jillivip complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. jillivip reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jillivip are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
jillivip reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions.
jillivip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
All bets placed on the jillivip Platform are final once confirmed. jillivip does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error or technical malfunction, as determined solely by jillivip.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or any other aspect of a bet, jillivip reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake. A "manifest error" means an obvious and palpable mistake that a reasonable person would immediately recognize as incorrect.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game or bet, jillivip will investigate and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include voiding affected bets and refunding stakes. jillivip's decision in such matters is final.
jillivip reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, games, or betting markets. Applicable limits will be displayed within the relevant game or market. jillivip is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of the stated maximum payout limit.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillivip Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

jillivip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jillivip account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on the jillivip Platform. jillivip is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of your gaming activity.
